Autodesk NavisWorks v2009


歐特克軟件公司完成對 NavisWorks 私營公司的收購，並完成其營運資本的調整。NavisWorks 總部設在英國設菲爾德市，從事面向設計協調、沖突檢測到施工仿真多個領域的應用軟件開發。此次收購將使歐克特三維技術的領先地位擴展到施工、廠房和船舶設計領域。
