日本的三引擎浏覽器Lunascape已經發布了Lunascape 6 ORION的首個版本。
Lunascape6Lunascape可能最適合Web開發者使用，因為他們可以在一個應用程序中測試三種渲染引擎：Trident(IE)、Gecko(Firefox)和WebKit，而且它還提供了諸如關閉腳本、Java和ActiveX(使用Trident引擎)的功能。最新的Lunascape 6.0 Orion支持Firefox擴展功能，只適用於使用Gecko引擎，不能在WebKit和Trident下工作。它的界面使用Qt4，暫不支持Windows Aero特效

除了瘋狂，我也想不出其他更好的形容詞了。
引用來自官網的一句話對這個浏覽器進行介紹—— 　
　
Lunascape = IE (Trident)＋Firefox (Gecko)＋Chrome・Safari (Webkit)是的，這就是這樣一個一個三引擎的浏覽器。確實我對於浏覽器很有研究，不過三引擎仍然瘋狂了一些。 　　
三個引擎，隨意切換，隨心所欲。 　　
連我自己都受不了這樣的話了……
　　
選項方面，還是有些意思的，尤其是我看到他的Gecko (Firefox)的選項竟然是支持附加組件的，非常的有趣。 　　
這個浏覽器我在他剛剛推出的時候就有使用過，但是無論如何無法提起長久使用的興趣，於是一直關注到現在，沒想到竟然已經在不知不覺間推出到了6.0。 　　
雖然創意是非常有趣的，不過我想我自己並不會因為這樣的創意就去使用這樣一個如此麻煩的浏覽器。通常來說，上網會常用其中一個引擎，然後輔以另外一個引擎的幫助，這樣就足夠了。 　
　
那麼第三個引擎呢，或許是用來調試的吧，這對於我這樣喜歡制作網頁的人來說，確實是經常會用到的，不過顯然，都已經到三個浏覽器了，我們也並不介意把Opera也包括進來。
　
總的來說，這確實是一個有趣的主意，因為三個引擎始終各有優缺點：三個引擎，隨意切換，隨心所欲。
Gecko：頁面渲染效果是我最喜歡的，有附加組件的支持 　　
Webkit：目前最高的效率 　　
Trident：我想不出除了兼容性之外的優點 　　
而假如有一個能夠讓他們優缺點互補的浏覽器，不是也很好嘛？lunascape似乎正是基於這一想法開發的，不過似乎他忘了，引擎只是一部分，更重要的是浏覽器本身，這無論Gecko還是Webkit，都是依靠著浏覽器本身的優秀才為世人所熟知的。 　
　
把三個浏覽器合並到一起，這最初聽起來是一個瘋狂的想法，不過仔細想想，自己平時使用的不就是雙引擎的浏覽器嗎，Firefox + IE Tab，這絕對可以算是雙引擎，考慮到國內網站的特殊情況，這樣的配置還是很有必要的。不過第三個浏覽器，我除了調試和折騰的時候之外，是絕對不會想到召喚出來的…… 　
　
不過這看來喜歡這個浏覽器的人，一定是相當的Geek了吧。
Lunascape 6 的主要新功能:

Check out the triple engine
Lunascape includes all three major rendering engines -- Trident (Internet Explorer), Gecko (Firefox), and WebKit (Safari, Google Chrome) -- and you can easily switch between them at any time. Use different engine in different tab, if you wish. To switch, just click on an icon at the bottom left corner or right-click on an icon attached to the address bar and select an engine you wish to use for the tab. It's that simple! You can also set up a default engine for all tabs as well as for a particular site. There are a few more ways to switch engines - please check out Help to find the method that fits to your style.

This is an exciting new feature of Lunascape 6. Import and use all that Firefox and IE add-ons you have been using. If you haven't imported settings from other browsers yet, just go to File > User Profiles > Import. You can learn more about add-ons here or watch short videos.
Tab away!
You are probably familiar with tab browsing by now, but you can be surprised to see how many tabs you can go smoothly with Lunascape. Want to open 100 tabs? Bring it on. You can drag around a tab and set various behavior options to suit your needs. And now you can even view them side-by-side with cascade display.
Take control
In order to make the most fun out of Lunascape, you'd need to get familiarized with three types of tool bars. Open them all and play with them. For details, please read here.
Change the look
With Lunascape, you can easily change its overall look and feel. You can change the mode or skin with a snap. There are about 200 user designed skins to choose from, and you can make your own, too.
Custom build
You can personalize many features of Lunascape including tab operation, mouse actions, shortcut keys, search, start page, and RSS ticker. It's really flexible. Just go to Tools > Lunascape Settings and take it from there. Soon you will be a pro.
