Finale 是美國 MakeMusic 公司所開發的樂譜制作軟件，第一個版本於 1989 年發售。初期只能於 Macintosh 的 Mac OS 使用，1998 年對應 Microsoft Windows，2006 年以後的版本則可以完全對應 Windows XP 和 Mac OS X。Finale 是一套有高質量及容易使用的樂譜軟件。它有著滿足專業的音樂人士及教師需求的特色，包括不限數量的五線譜及任意將你的樂譜搬移到你想要的位置等功能。它也允許你開啟不限數量的樂譜。
