全平台游戲《美國職業棒球大聯盟2K12》（Major League Baseball 2K12）是美國2K Sports公司人氣系列《MLB》系列最新作，在這次游戲裡不但收錄美國職棒大聯盟MLB公認授權的2012年度最新選手數據之外，玩家們還可以自由選擇自己喜歡的球團跟選手來進行比賽。而在本次游戲系統方面，基本上是以前作《MLB2K11》為基礎加以強化，不但在畫面系統上比之前更加提升，同時還加入能夠通過在線聯機隨時下載最新MLB選手數據等功能，同時還搭載了以球隊教練監督身份來培育球隊的球隊營運模式等要素，另外也對應在線對戰模式，讓玩家們可以跟朋友互相來一較高下！《美國職棒大聯盟2K12》預計於 3 月發行，在 Xbox 360、PS3、PC 與 PSP 四大平台上登場。
