SaxLab 是一款VST/AU格式的管樂合成器，帶有一些獨特的功能。SaxLab使用了管樂器采樣多重采樣回放技術，並結合了一些特別設計的四音部淡化交叉系統以創建更具備真實感的管樂音色。
SaxLab的關鍵特性有廣泛的預設波形，一個效果器部分（包括合唱、混響，以及更為豐富的實時調制選項）。特別注意的是演奏控制部分已經盡可能地發揮到了極至，以此該樂器才能夠被真實演奏。
SaxLab是Dash Singature流行的TubiLeSax VST樂器的後繼者，增加了許多新功能，並改進了聲音引擎部分。從TubiLeSax到SaxLab的升級，只要是原程序的注冊用戶皆可免費進行。

           The  SaxLab is  a flexible  and easy-to-use  soprano,  
           alto, tenor and  baritone saxophone synthesizer  that  
           combines samples  and synthesizing  techniques to  an  
           instrument full of expression capabilities.            
