MATHLAB是MathWorks公司推出的一套高性能的數值計算和可視化軟件，經過多年大量的、堅持不懈的改進，現在MATHLAB已經更新至7.0版，其中，4.x在Windows 操作系統下工作，5.x在Windows95操作系統下工作。
MATHLAB集數值分析、矩陣運算、信號處理和圖形顯示於一體，構成了一個方便的、界面友好的用戶環境。
在這個環境下，對所要求解的問題，用戶只需簡單地列出數學表達式、其結果便以人們十分熟悉的數值或圖形方式顯示出來。並且可以輸出曲線進行分析
MATHLAB語言易學易用，不要求用戶有高深的數學和程序語言知識，不需要用戶深刻了解算法及編程技巧。
MATHLAB既是一種編程環境，又是一種程序設計語言。這種語言與C、FORTRAN等語言一樣，有其內定的規則，但MATHLAB的規則更接近數學表示。使用更為簡便，可使用戶大大節約設計時間，提高設計質量。

How To Install the Matlab V7.0:
1- Install the programs by inserting the CD1 or select Setup.
2- Choose Install and enter your Name and Company
3- You DON T need to enter any PLP, just type NEXT
4- Select items you want to install.
5- It will ask for CD2 if you selected files that reside on
this other cd. You may either type next or browse to the CD2 root
folder, that you may have extracted to your Hd.i
6- After having finished installation, copy crack license.lic to
installed_dir license . (create the new lincese folder)
7- Edit your_host_name in the first line of license.lic to
your real host name (On the command window, type ipconfig /all
to know your host name)
8- Set up the evironment variable of MLM_LICENSE_FILE to
installed_dir license license.lic (we assume this path you made)
(to set up: control panel system advanced evionment new ..)
9- Reboot and enjoy this...
