Microsoft released a 32bit and a 64bit build 1812 of Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 to testers this evening and it looks like it may well have reached escrow.
With the 1812 build in escrow, it means that the files now reflect the RTM tag (Release To Manufacturing) which is reserved for builds expected to be candidates to be the final Gold code that will end up in the hands of you and I for installation on our Windows Servers 2003.
Suprisingly there are no intergrated builds available at this time. Build numbers have jumped dramatically from the 1433 build which was the most recent release made available to testers 3 weeks ago.

We are pleased to announce that build 1812 is now available for download from
http://windowsbeta.microsoft.com . This build is an interim build and as such
not the same quality as beta release. It is recommended that you only install
this on test machines.
This release is a little different from previous drops of the service pack.
Initially it will only be available in the self extracting executable (EXE)
a.k.a. Network Install package. We need your help to get the most testing
possible for our Service Pack Update.
We are in the final stages of the SP1 / x64 beta program, so we appreciate your
help in downloading this release quickly and sending your feedback right away.
English, German, and Japanese are all available now for download for x86 and
IA64 processors.
The x64 ISO images and the rest of the x86 and IA64 files will be posted for
download in a few days. There will be a DDK released, but no SDK for this
interim build.
