微軟Windows 7操作系統改進列表，已知的有如下描述：
1.采用WinFS文件系統，相對於FAT、FAT32或者說NTFS，WinFS文件系統可能會更安全，不會爆出像NTFS Stream這樣的低級安全問題，但是權限的細分可能會增加Windows 7的操作難度。在Longhorn時代Windows Future Storage爆出了還可能會造成系統硬盤上無法安裝其他的操作系統，如Linux、Unix等，這難道是微軟在壟斷嗎。
2.全新的內核改變，這一點微軟已經在過去說過使用40MB左右的MinWin內核，加快系統的運行效率降低內存占用率，同時設計的可伸縮性更強，方便移植到其他的嵌入式設備。同時系統版本號為Windows 7.0
3.Windows 7采用的主題將不會是Windows Vista自帶的Windows Aero，雖然目前Windows 7 MileStone 1中包含了Aero主題，但是微軟會采用類似Office2007的風格作為資源管理器或者說Windows外殼程序。
4.支持觸摸屏技術，這一點可能是和微軟Surface桌子有關，支持iPhone這樣的多點觸摸技術還是未知數，但是實現ink等手寫輸入功能應該不會有多大問題，微軟早在2002年就發布過Windows Tablet PC XP版本。
5.Windows 邊欄等Gadget工具將會進一步增強，未來寬屏顯示器是主流，桌面的右邊將變得更生動，這一點從Windows Vista就可以看出來，RSS、天氣預報等新聞訂閱服務會增強。
6.使用全新的Internet Explorer 8.0浏覽器，作為微軟下一代旗艦浏覽器必然會出現在Windows 7操作系統中，目前IE8僅僅處於Beta1階段，但很快今年5月底可能會出現IE8.0 Beta2版，配合Windows 7 M2出現是可能的事情。
7.虛擬化技術以及32位操作系統仍然存在，目前微軟已經在Windows Server 2008 64位版本中增加了虛擬化技術，可以讓企業用戶更節省成本。雖然目前主流的CPU早已經兼容64位處理，但是驅動問題和兼容性依然無法大面積普及，目前僅僅是商業用戶可能會使用。
8.微軟在Windows7安全方面會好好修改，不會再犯Windows Vista UAC這樣的惱人問題，但是微軟可能會進一步在自家系統中集成安全工具，如Windows One Care這樣的反病毒產品來保護系統安全。

- Set your bios clock back to 02 December 2007
- Install without a key
- To get rid of WPA extract msbp-6519win7-crack.rar:
Click Start - Run and Type services
Go to Services- Software Licensing and choose Disabled as Startup method
Reboot your computer, when rebooted, go to
C: Windows ServiceProfiles NetworkService AppData
Roaming Microsoft SoftwareLicensing
and delete the tokens.dot file there, replacing it with
the one from this package.
Yet again, go to Services- Software Licensing and choose Automatic
as Startup method.
Run the vistaactivation.exe file (as included), activate your computer
as if it was running Vista Ultimate. (Should any errors occur, just
neglect them.) Restart your computer.
After reboot, it will now ask for a cd-key, use the following one:
6F2D7-2PCG6-YQQTB-FWK9V-932CC - wait a few minutes it for it to activate
Now you ve got a activated Windows 7 version.
REMINDER: This build will expire in June 2008
So you have 6 months to test
Don t forget to set your bios clock back

-修改你的BIOS時間到2007年11月2號
-如果要去除WPA按下面步驟，用鏡像裡的msbp-6519win7-crack壓縮包
去服務管理--Software Licensing將其“關閉”，會提醒你重啟，重啟後去目錄C: Windows ServiceProfiles NetworkService AppData Roaming Microsoft SoftwareLicensing下刪除he tokens.dot文件，用壓縮包的替換一下
-然後繼續將服務Software Licensing將其“自動啟動”，運行壓縮包vistaactivation.exe文件，假如是在Vista Ultimate可能會發生錯誤，只要忽略就可以了！完成後重啟電腦
-重啟後，會問你需求CD-KEY,使用下面這個就可以了
