　　EA正式宣布了《FIFA足球經理11》(FIFA Manager 11)。這是改作的第十個版本，照例號稱全方位引入大量新特性，並在核心模塊上加入了數百項改進，繼續支持在線模式。 這一代作品裡，你仍然需要全面掌控一家足球俱樂部的管理工作，包括球隊陣容、戰術、訓練以及購買新球員、改善俱樂部設施和球場等等。《FIFA 足球經理11》的主要特點有：FIFA 3D引擎、超過1.3萬張球員照片、球員管理模式、國家隊管理模式、創建俱樂部模式、比賽預測工具等等。
主要特性：
1、陣容和戰術
戰術部分完全重新設計，提供獨一無二的復雜性。每一位球員在進攻、防守中的位置都可以直接設定(甚至是全高清模式下)。定位球有多種變化可選。比賽前可以一鍵設定不同的戰術體系和陣容。新的陣容助理教練會根據禁賽和傷病進行調整。針對新手增加戰術向導模式。
2、新的等級、球技和士氣系統
大約4萬名球員使用新的等級系統進行劃分，彼此之間的差別更清晰。每位球員在每個位置上都有自己的等級水平，不同位置之間的球技差異更真實。球員能夠靈活學習新的位置，經驗更加重要。玩家需要隨時保證所有球員的高昂士氣和斗志，特別是在錯綜復雜的豪門俱樂部中。
3、轉會市場
夏季轉會窗口嚴格依照真實進度，這裡也是本作的焦點所在。球員和經紀人會在談判之前告知他們的條件。AI俱樂部也聰明了很多，會使用現實中的各種招數，比如向球員報價但只是為了影響競爭俱樂部的收購。小俱樂部裡的生存更加艱難，特別是只剩一年合同的時候。俱樂部現在將有長期經營策略，某個賽季表現不好就會立刻產生影響。媒體壓力也是嚴峻的挑戰，玩家必須面對不時的流言蜚語和是否續約和加薪、球員情緒等方面的報道，甚至還有所有相關傳言的新聞報道存檔。玩家也可以利用媒體，幫助自己和俱樂部、球員進行談判，對其進行施壓。
4、Just Football!
這個新的模式會讓把精力都放在球隊和轉會上，不去理會其他瑣事。還有新的搜索功能，用於更快地查找俱樂部、球員和聯賽數據，以及新的“Links Widget”，可迅速跳轉到最常用的游戲功能。

可以在主菜單中直接回放《2010 FIFA南非世界杯》。這是一種快速游戲模式，耗時20分鐘到2個小時不等，取決於玩家的成功和細節程度。
