Ubisoft EMEA 市場部總監John Parks 表示，Ubisoft 推出全新游戲品牌《RUSE》，將再次為即時戰略游戲玩家帶來新沖擊。負責美國Ubisoft 銷售和市場部的高級副總裁Tony Key 指出，《RUSE》承繼Ubisoft 一貫創新風格，在即時戰略游戲中細致顯示出廣大的版圖。游戲使用獨家引擎IRISZOOM，玩家可於廣大地圖上歷險，享受一望無際的景觀和無拘無束的游戲體驗。
Ubisoft 和英特爾共同合作研發《RUSE》，希望借《RUSE》將英特爾產品的內在潛能完全揮發出來。英特爾軟體與服務副總裁Elliot Garbus 說，Ubisoft 和英特爾利用Intel Core i7 中央處理器驅動《RUSE》，提供非凡的游戲趣味。游戲中，玩家可透過衛星圖像觀察戰區的所有位置，強勁AI 提供復雜的行軍指令，和更真實的物理效果。
在《RUSE》，玩家清晰的頭腦將成為最強勁的武器，運用心理戰去誘騙，誤導等技巧去戰勝對方，獲取最後勝利。 《RUSE》是首款著重心理戰的即時戰略游戲，目的為提供創新及更有趣味的游戲體驗。
Ubisoft表示，研發團隊的目標是創造新穎的游戲體驗，讓玩家可以在生動逼真的世界中成為指揮軍隊的策略家，運用IntuiLab的技術，《R.U.S.E.》將把玩家從傳統操作系統中解放出來，使玩家更沉浸在游戲中，專注於使用謀略與智慧來戰勝敵人。
　　玩家在《R.U.S.E.》需要利用計謀去瞞騙敵人，與對手建立爾虞我詐的關系，善用心理戰術、讓一切盡在你的操控中；游戲使用獨家引擎 IRISZOOM，玩家可通過鳥瞰視點了解整過戰場，迅速下達指令，奪取軍事要點。Ubisoft此次放出的《R.U.S.E.》強調為實際游戲畫面，希望通過巨大的游戲地圖與游戲互動時流暢縮放，讓玩家有更新鮮的游戲體驗。
