【游戲簡介】
《實況足球2010》由Konami東京，也就是前身為KCET的工作室進行開發，算是正宗嫡傳，系列一直以來的制作人高冢新吾現在就在那裡供職。而之前的實況足球2008和實況足球2009，大部分工作都是由Konami上海來完成的，至於說為什麼這一作會改由東京本部“親自”進行制作，說法有很多種，有一種說法就是“這本來就是在計劃當中的”，前幾作的引擎並不是“次世代級別的”，僅僅只是PS2版的HD化而已，現在新的游戲引擎已經准備就緒，當然就要由主力部隊再對系列進行一次革新了。就目前看來，這個系列的確需要一些新的刺激來完成次世代足球游戲的革命，而這一切發生在2010這個世界杯年，就實在是再適合不過了——我們都知道，世界杯年的足球游戲的銷量向來都是非常之好的。
konami宣布新作《勝利十一人2010》將在很多方面有重大改進，而且這些改進方案是在廣泛聽取FANS的反饋意見並加以詳細分析之後得出的。Konami官方把《勝利十一人2010》描述成“史上最逼真的足球模擬游戲”，其對應平台為PS3、X360、PSP、PS2和Wii。
主要的新要素和改動如下：
　　1：《PES 2010》將更注重對戰體驗的提升。由於防守能力的提高，進球的難度會比以前更高，玩家需要想方設法不斷變換進攻組織方式。另外，不僅是戰術，反應力和直覺也將變得更加重要。
　　2：《PES 2010》的畫面表現力將有大幅提升，這其中包括所有球員的外貌和動作，游戲還將引入一種新的高光系統，讓球員的特征在不同狀況下有截然不同的表現。
　　3：所有動畫場面將更加緊湊和無縫化，盤帶、轉身、射門等動作將更加逼真和流暢。比如，球員在跑動中接球和站立中接球時，身體動作和步頻等細微之處也會有所區別。
　　4：賽場上觀眾們的反應會比以前更豐富，你可以聽到各種不同的吶喊或歌聲，也包括噓聲和叫倒好，而且主客場觀眾們對球隊的反應也大不相同。
　　5：大師聯賽模式再度進化，特別是在球隊管理方面，讓玩家可以充分享受經營球隊的樂趣。
　　6：AI將比以往前作更智能。借助新的技術，《PES 2010》中的AI配合會更加緊密、會主動填補中、後場空檔、主動截斷對方進攻。進攻方面，玩家將可以一次控制多名進攻球員並把他們調配到球場的不同區域中去，這讓進攻的組織變得更有戰略性和技術性。
　　7：球員在比賽中的進攻和防守傾向不再完全取決於其場上位置，而是同時會受到其個人能力和風格的影響，也就是說每名球員在場上的表現會更貼近其能力特點，而隊友也會對不同球員的不同動作做出不同的回應。比如，當擅長傳球的隊員突破到底線時，會有更多隊友跑向罰球區等待機會。
　　8：新的能力尺度系統能夠幫助玩家在賽前更快更方便地調整戰術平衡，包括傳球頻率、動作、防線調動和前鋒位置等在內的所有要素都可以進行調整，讓玩家可以根據對手的特點更有針對性地對賽前戰術進行安排。
　　9：《PES 2010》將有更多不斷更新的在線互動內容，比如在線追加新球隊、新球員等。

  PES 2010 focuses on enhancing the excitement of matches between players,
  making for a truly challenging experience that will constantly test the
  player. Intuitive zonal defending will cover spaces and players need to look
  constantly for new ways to attack. PES 2010 focuses on being a real football
  simulation, as it requires both strategic play and quick reactions, as in
  real life. In addition to key out-field elements, goalkeepers are more
  versatile and with abilities matching those of modern shot-stoppers. The
  game's referees have also been reworked, with smarter AI elements allowing
  them to make more balanced calls during matches.
  PES 2010 has undergone a major visual revamp, with its celebrated player
  likenesses and animations now even closer to those of real-life players
  including live player expressions to be depicted with an improved lighting
  system which differentiates between various conditions! Stadium detail is
  also massively improved, with the grass and other in-stadium elements
  finely depicted.
