《2010年江蘇省高中英語口語等級測試綱要（試行）》
一、
測試目的
高中生英語口語等級測試的目的是：落實《 英語課程標准》的要求，促進中學英語教學改革，提高學生綜合語言運用能力，從而進行一步推進素質教育。
二、測試要求
高中生英語等級測試分兩級:一級和二級。兩個等級的具體要求如下：
一 級
（一）能比較連貫地朗讀所學課文或難度略低於所學語言材料的短文，語音語調基本正確。
（二）能根據所讀短文的內容回答問題。
二 級
(一）
能運用“話題項目表”，圍繞日常生活中的有關話題進行交談，不少於6句話。
(二）
能以簡短的語句介紹本人、家庭、班級、學校、某地、某人等情況。要求清楚地、比較流暢地表達主要意思，不少於10句話。
三、測試內容
（一）所學課文或難度略低於所學語言材料的短文（附錄二）
（二）“功能意念項目表”中相關內容 “話題項目表”中相關內容（附錄一）
四、試卷構成
測試采用口試方式進行，共四大題，滿分為40分。
一 級
（一）朗讀短文（10分）
1.目的：測試語音、句子重音、連讀、不完全爆破、意群和停頓、升調和降調等以及流暢程度。
2.要求：能比較流利地朗讀一篇所學課文或難度略低於所學語言材料的短文。
（二）回答問題（10分）
1.目的：測試對所讀短文的掌握情況。
2.要求：能根據短文內容回答所提問題。
二 級
（三）情景對話（10分）
1.目的：測試對日常交際用語的掌握情況。
2.要求：能根據所給情景提示進行交談，不少於6句話。
（四）話題簡述（10分）
1.目的：測試連續說話的能力。
2.要求：能按題目和提示要點連續說一段話，清楚地表達主要意思，不少於10句話。

例 卷
1.用正確的語音語調朗讀下面的短文。（10分）
In English, many words sound quite similar, so misunderstandings among English-speaking people are not uncommon..
Once a man got on a bus for New York. He hid in the toilet, because he did not want to pay. But a passenger saw him. She tapped the person in front of her on the shoulder and said, "There's a bum in the toilet. Tell the bus driver."
The message was passed from person to person. But somewhere along the way, it changed. The bus driver was told that there was a bomb in the toilet .He immediately stopped the bus telephoned the police. When the police arrived, they told the passengers to get off the bus and stay far away. Then they closed the highway. That soon caused a 15-mile-*long traffic jam. With the help of a dog, the police searched for two hours. Of course, they found no bomb!

2.根據所讀短文的內容回答下列問題。（10分）
1. Did a passenger see a man hide in the toilet?
Yes, she did.
2. What did she do then?
She told the man in front of her what she had seen and asked him to pass the message to the driver.

He was told there was a bomb in the toilet and he immediately stopped the bus and telephoned the police.
4. What did the police do?
They told the passengers to get off the bus and stay far away. Then they closed the highway. With the help of a dog, they searched for two hours.
5. What was the result?
The police found no bomb, but the closing of the highway caused a 15-mile-long traffic jam.
3.根據所給提示用英語交談。（10分）
提示：假如有人感到英語聽力理解難，向你請教提高聽力的方法。你建議他要多聽，最好先從聽英語廣播或看英語節目開始。聽收音機可選中國對外廣播或BBC英語節目。聽英語國家人士的講話越多，理解起來就越容易。聽別人講話時，不要逐詞去聽，而要整體去理解，設法弄清楚主要意思。

B: Well, I think you should practise a lot.
A: But what shall I do first?
B: You'd better listen to English on the radio or watch English programmes on TV.
A: What programmes should I pick up on the radio?
B: You should pick up China Radio International or BBC English programmes.
A: Do I have to listen to native speakers?
B: Oh, yes. The more your listen to them, the better you'll understand.
A: Quite often I can't follow the speakers.
B: When you are listening, you must try to catch the main ideas.
A: I see. You mean I don't have to know each word exactly.
B: Yes. You should listen as a whole, but not word for word.
4.根據所給話題和內容要點介紹情況。
要點:
1. 納爾遜·曼德拉1918年生於南非；1942年大學畢業後，成為一名律師；
2. 1944年他幫助成立了非國大青年聯盟，被選為主席；50年代，領導多次和平行動；1962年被投入監獄，直到1989年獲釋；1993年獲諾貝爾和平獎；1994年成為南非第一個黑人總統；

Nelson Mandela was born in South Africa in 1918. After graduating from university in 1942, he became a lawyer. He helped to found the ANC Youth League in 1944. He was elected chairman of the organization. During the 1950s, he led many peaceful actions. In 1962, he was put in prison. He stayed there till 1989. In 1993, he received the Nobel Peace Prize. He became the first black president of South Africa in 1994. Nelson Mandela fought for political right for black people in South Africa.
評分標准
一、朗讀課文
一檔（9～10分）語音語調正確，朗讀自然流利，且有節奏感。
二檔（6～8分）語音語調基本正確，雖有一兩處錯誤，但朗讀還比較
自然流利。
三檔（3～5分）語音語調不夠正確，朗讀不夠連貫，有一些錯誤。
四檔（0～2分）語音語調較差，朗讀不連貫，錯誤較多，影響意思表達。
二、回答問題
計分以小題為單位，每小題三個檔次給分。
一檔(2分）意思明白，語音語調正確，詞語，語法合乎規范。
二檔（1分）意思明白，語音語調基本正確，詞語、語法有些錯誤。
三檔（0分）答非所問，或錯誤很多，不能達意。
三、情景對話
一檔（9-10分）意思明白，表達清楚，語音語調正確，詞語、語法合乎規范。
二檔（6-8分） 意思比較明白，表達比較清楚，語音語調基本正確，有個別詞語、語法錯誤。
三檔 （3-5分） 意思不夠明白，表達不夠清楚，語音語調較差，有些詞語、語法錯誤。
四檔（0-2分）只能說出一些與內容有關的詞語，語音語調較差，錯誤很多。
四、話題簡述
一檔 （9-10分）語音語調明白，講述正確，表達清楚，不少於10句。
二檔 （6-8分） 語音語調基本正確，講述比較連貫，表達比較清楚，不少於10句話，但有個別錯誤。
三檔 （3-5分）語音語調基本正確，講述不夠連貫，有一些錯誤或不滿10句話，影響意思表達。
四檔（0-2分） 語音語調較差，錯誤較多，或只能說出一些與內容有關的單詞。
一級測試內容為朗讀短文和回答問題，凡得12分以上者（包括12分)通過一級。二級測試內容為情景對話和話題簡述，凡得12分以上者（包括12分）通過二級。
