使用者可以用點與拖拉的方式雕塑臉型丶身體的姿勢或是創造變化出不同的人種。透過精密的控制丶整體型態丶臉部表情丶骨骼運動系統…等工具，輕輕松松便可完成各種角色。
Poser 8 融合了Shade(另一套3D軟體)；更方便您創造出新角色或配件等等。無論是任何型態丶各種姿勢下，所有的功能與模型都提供了加強3D環境的燈光效果丶陰影效果及真實性。
Animation (動畫繪制)
Poser提供的工具，縮減制作動畫時的重復性，並將3D場景真實化。藉由人物丶道具丶鏡頭及多元化的內建材質，動畫家可以使用WalkDesigner，Keyframes及Interpolation等功能，不需要手動地調整每一格，便可將平順的動作帶入動畫裡。在設計角色活動與姿勢的時候，3D模組中包含了IK Chains 骨骼運動系統，使角色的動作自然化。
Dynamic Hair & Cloth (動態頭發與衣物)
Poser 8 提供了制作角色所需的完整功能與內容，像是頭發的細膩與衣服的紋路；可以直接套用在任何角色上，達到真實性的效果。Dynamic Hair可以使毛發類的成長與造型達到真實效果。甚至創造出真實般的草原丶衣服自然飄逸下垂，並隨著動作而擺動，就像真的一樣。還可以匯入你或朋友的照片，制作出屬於個人的3D造型。
Rendering (影像著色)
