Module Customers
Directly from the customer list, you can create a quote, an order or an invoice with a simple mouse click. You can also enter notes for each customer. This is particularly useful to keep track of discussions or events that occurred with your customers.

Module Products and Inventory
See in real time, for each product, the quantity in stock, the quantity to receive as well as the quantity to ship. Manually change quantity in stock if needed. Get complete input/output inventory history with a simple mouse click. LogiSales allows also to manage negative quantities in inventory.

Module Purchase orders and Receptions
You can ship your orders directly at your customer locations. Receive orders partially or completely with a simple mouse click to automatically update inventory. From the purchase order list, see the status of an order or if an order was received partially or completely without having to access it. Complete history per order (which user changed the status, created receptions…).

Module Sales orders and Shipments
Create a sales order if you want to manage shipments or you can directly create an invoice instead. Print shipments if needed. Complete history of shipments per order. Inventory is automatically updated when you ship your orders. Invoice your shipments by pressing a single button. From the sales order list, see orders to ship without having to access it. Complete history per order (which user changed the status, created shipments…).

Module Invoices
Export your invoices to Simply Accounting or QuickBooks with a simple mouse click. See quantities in stock, to receive or to ship directly from invoices.
