　　使用《古代戰爭：斯巴達(Ancient Wars: Sparta)》同一圖像引擎的《The Golden Horde》，取材自十三世紀早期中亞、俄羅斯和歐洲的真實歷史。游戲將根據玩家的意願，重現那個時期不同文明之間爆發的著名戰爭以及政治危機。全新角色扮演元素、個性鮮明的出場英雄、華麗的圖像特效以及簡單易學的控制方式所架構的《The Golden Horde》，將以RTS的方式為玩家完美展現中世紀早期的亞歐文明。
　　《The Golden Horde》游戲特色
　　1，基於歷史史實所架構的內容情節。本作根據真實歷史史實、種族沖突及戰爭開發。
　　2，三大出場派系。十字軍、蒙古和沙皇俄國將成為玩家自由選擇的出場派系。不同派系擁有不同的軍事力量、建築物、戰斗方式以及擁有不同能力的英雄單位。
　　3，接管敵方單位及武器。戰斗中，玩家可以控制中立的馬匹以及死去騎手的武器。
　　4，新穎的軍隊裝備系統。本作允許玩家為自己的部隊根據需要切換武器，即使在戰斗中。
　　5，重要的天氣因素。戰斗中的天氣因素將影響最終的結果。風向將影響箭矢的飛行、大雨將影響部隊的探知范圍、雪將減緩單位的移動速度等。
